- Maximum capacity: 20 guests
- Minimum charge: 10 pax regardless of group size
- Kitchen add-on: ₱300 (includes gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, pots, pans, utensils)
- Pets: ₱150 per pet per night

## Booking Policies
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Down payment: 30% to secure the date
- Balance: Due on check-in
- Rescheduling: Free if 72+ hours notice given
- Security deposit: None required
