# Pricing — Vos Private Villa Staycation

Whole-house rental only. The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group.

## Base Rate

### Weekday (Monday – Thursday)
- Price: ₱5,500 per night
- Capacity: Up to 10 guests
- Additional guests: ₱550 per person per night

### Weekend (Friday – Sunday & Public Holidays)
- Price: ₱6,500 per night
- Capacity: Up to 10 guests
- Additional guests: ₱600 per person per night

## Minimum Charge
- Minimum billing: 10 pax regardless of actual group size
- If your group is 8 people, you are charged for 10

## Maximum Capacity
- 20 guests total

## Add-ons

### Kitchen Package
- Price: ₱300 (one-time per booking)
- Includes: Gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, pots, pans, plates, utensils

### Pet Fee
- Price: ₱150 per pet per night
- Pets welcome on premises

## Payment Terms
- Down payment: 30% of total booking amount to reserve the date
- Balance: Paid on check-in
- Security deposit: None required

- Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

## Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: Free with 72+ hours notice before check-in

## No Corkage Fee
Guests may bring their own food and drinks at no additional charge.
